We have an important update to our school calendar! Previously, the 1st and 2nd Fridays of each month were half days, and the 3rd Friday was a non-school day for scholars to work on their Project-Based Learning (PBL) assignments.
Starting this month, all Fridays will now be half days, except the 3rd Friday of each month, which will remain a no-school day for scholars. On that day, scholars will continue working on their PBL assignments from home, while staff participate in professional development on campus.
This change adds more half-day school days to provide consistent instructional time for scholars while still supporting valuable collaboration and planning time for teachers.
